Rent a wohnung close from Hermanplatz

Hi :)

I'm renting my flat long term :
I'm now living in France, but will come back every two months for a week or so. The deal is that I am keeping a loft (mezzanine bed - see picture "mezzanine"), the rest of the flat is yours that is why I am making a very fair price.

I propose to start with a year -contract to see if it's working, and if yes we can extend the contract.

I'm extremely neat, some people are making joke about me on this topic, I hope you could share this passion too ;)
Especially because I made a lot of work in this place to make it beautiful :)) So I wish I could find someone who will take my love for this flat in consideration ^^
I am carrying a lot about our environment and try to live as ecological as possible, i am vegan and i would like to keep this flat as vegan or vegetarian as possible: so if you can identify yourself with a sustainable lifestyle like that, i guess the flat could be yours ;)
the flat is very quite and the neighbors are super nice and quite too. Because of the fa,ilys its necessary to keep it quite in terms of parties. which means if your looking for a party flat; this flat is not the right place for it:

in quick words; i am looking for a respectful, honest, quite person who don't mind having me (and my nice dog) around for one week every 2 months ; my animals are suuper quite, not smellie I promise ;)

About the flat:
your having a big kitchen with a window towards the green backyard in which you can enjoy a coffee , a meal or just yourself:)
as you can see on the pictures there are two rooms , when I am around I would just use the loft, everything else is yours:
I let the washing machine here and there is no possibility for installing a dishwasher.

.The rent is 800€ (internet included)- The rest is Electricity and gas bill. I pay usually 100€ a month, but for you it'll depend on your consumption I guess ;)

Ps : the pictures are a bit old, and the flatmate I had made some change with decoration. But we can of course talk about how you could/would change it for the better :)
