Für die Zeit unserer Elternzeitreise zwischen dem 25.4. und 22.5. suchen wir eine/n zuverlässige/n Untermieter/in! Alles ist in einem neuen sehr gepflegtem Zustand.
Die Wohnung mit Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer und Kinderzimmer, Ankleidezimmer, Wannenbad und Küche ist sehr hell und freundlich. Alle Räume sind vom Flur aus begehbar. Der Parkett- und Dielenboden ist neu aufgearbeitet worden. Zwischen Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer gibt es zusätzlich eine schöne große Flügeltür.

We rent our nice flat at Böhmischer Platz in Berlin Neukölln! Only between 25th January and 6th March 2017. 3 rooms + kitchen + bath. The flat was fully renovated in 2016. So everything is clean and new. The flat is completely furnished , incl. washing machine, big double bed, cot, guest bed, desk, WLAN, chairs + sofa, bedclothes, towels, linen, fridge, plates, cutlery, teapot, etc.
It is a non smoking flat. No pets please. Kids are wellcome!
Our nice and new renovated flat is located in a beautiful area in Neukölln. You can still see the old center of the former village Rixdorf. There is an old smithy and the enchanted Comeniusgarten -an hidden oasis in the middle of the city. From here one can discover the city.
Within walking distance there is a fantastic bakery as well as supermarkets, nice restaurants, bars and cafés.
Our flat is located between S Bahn Sonnenallee (Ringbahn S41 and S42) and U Karl Marx Straße (U8) . You have a good transport connection to the different city centres of Berlin by car or by public transport and to the airport. The studio is a perfect starting point to discover the whole city:-)
Even so there are free parking lots at the street.
Unsere schöne neu renovierte Altbauwohnung befindet sich im Richardkiez in Neukölln.
Die S und U Bahn Haltestelle befinden sich nur etwa 8 min zu Fuß entfernt. Von hier ist man in 20 min am Alex, in Mitte oder am Ku'damm. Aber auch in unmittelbarar Umgebung gibt es alles, was man braucht, zahlreiche sehr schöne Cafés, Restaurants und Bars, Spätis und Supermärkte.
Der alte Rixdorfer Ortskern mit seiner alten Schmiede und dem Comeniusgarten ist eine Oase mitten in der Großstadt. Von hier aus kann man auf Entdeckungstour durch die Stadt gehen und auch das Tempelhofer Feld ist nicht weit!
Wir suchen eine/n zuverlässige/n Untermieter/in und keine PartyWG. Unsere Wohnung ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung ohne Balkon. Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet: Wlan, Waschmaschine, Trockner, Kühlschrank, Herd und Ofen, Kinderbett.
