We are subletting our spacious (87m), bright, comfortable, recently renovated 4th floor apartment from Jan 4 - 26th, 2017. The cost for the entirety of the stay is €815 + a €200 damage deposit.
Located in the heart of Neukölln, the nicely finished apartment is just one block from the Rathaus Neukölln U7 stop and various bus routes. With a variety of shopping and entertainment options (cinemas, bars, restaurants, grocery stores) in the direct vicinity, the flat is very well situated.
The apartment, which features beautiful original floorboards and 3 m high ceilings, includes a bed, desk, a guest mattress, a custom built dresser and ample free space. Additionally, the apartment features two balconies, both of which have views to the nearby landmark city hall.
The south facing flat (read: lots of daylight) includes a bathroom with a full size bath tub and washing machine, a cozy kitchen (which includes a blender and toaster), a home stereo and WiFi. No pets, sorry. Ideal for couples. Non smokers preferred.
