Die Altbau-Wohnung ist sehr schön, groß (63m2) und mit Blick auf den grünen Hinterhof. Wunderbar ist der Parkettboden, mit ein paar Teppichen. Neben einem geräumigen Schlafzimmer gibt es ein offenes Wohnzimmer, das in eine Ess-Nische übergeht. Küche und Bad wurden renoviert. Ich selbst bin oft unterwegs und freue mich über eine/n nette Zwischenmieter/in! --> Mitte der Woche gibt es immer einen Filmabend in der Wohnung, deswegen kontaktiert mich bitte für Eure Lieblingsdaten, um zu sehen ob es passt. Die Wochenende sind jedenfalls zu haben.
The appartement in the old building is nicely designed, quite large (63m2) and has a nice view into the green courtyard. I like the parquet floor with the carpets best. Next to the bedroom is the spacious living room, which blends into a smaller dining room. Kitchen and bath have been nicely renovated, as all the other rooms. I am often travelling and would be delighted to find short-term lodgers! --> In the mid of every week there is a movie-screening, so please contact me for your exact time periods, to see if it would work out. The weekends are available.

Die Wohnung liegt wunderbar nah am Tempelhofer Feld (< 5 min), und der U8 Boddinstr. (5 min). Die Hasenheide und der Hermannplatz sind nicht weit weg vom Schillerkiez, mit der U-Bahn oder dem Bus kommt man schnell Richtung Innenstadt oder Ring. In der Nähe sind lauter Cafés, Bars & Restaurants und direkt am Herrfurthplatz ein Supermarkt - man ist gut versorgt!
The appartement is close to Temepelhofer Feld (< 5 min) and the subwaystation U8 Boddinstr. The park Hasenheide and the Hermannplatz are not far away either from Schillerkiez, subway and bus shoukd take you everywhere pretty fast. I mostly bike through the park to get to the inner city. A number of Cafés, bars & restaurants are close, as well as A supermarket on Herrfurthplatz - very convenient:!

Im gleichen Haus wohnen fantastische Nachbarn, ein italienisches Pärchen, deren Waschmaschine aktuell kaputt. Wenn Du / Ihr sie die Waschmaschine mal mitbenutzen lasst, geben sie Dir / Euch sicher einen Café aus und erzählen Dir aus dem Kiez :).
A wonderful Italian couple lives in the same house. If you'd be so kind to let them use the washing mashine in your time being there, they'll surely invite you for a coffee and tell you all the secrets of the neighbourhood :)
