Vollausgestattete Küche mit Herd, Ofen, Mikrowelle und Sitzgelegenheit für 4 Personen.
Waschmaschine.
Ein Schreibtisch/Arbeitsplatz ist vorhanden, Drucker/Scanner und großer Monitor können genutzt werden.
Fahrad- bzw. sonstiger Stellplatz im Keller, Fahrrad kann auch im Innenhof abgestellt werden.

Tolle Lage direkt am Kanalufer im schönen Neukölln. Ruhig, aber nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß zur hippen, internationalen Weserstr. mit all ihren Bars und Restaurants sowie zur bunten Sonnenallee.
Großer Rewe, 24h-Spätis etc. ebf. 5 Min. entfernt.
U-Bahnhof Karl-Marx-Str. (U 7 -> Kreuzberg, Schöneberg, Charlottenburg) und S-Bahnhof Sonnenallee (Ringbahn) je ca. 10 min zu Fuß. Bus 171 fährt 3, Bus M46 ca. 8 Gehminuten entfernt u.a. zum Hermannplatz, von wo auch die U 8 fährt (-> Kreuzberg, Mitte, Wedding) und man fast überall hin schnell gelangt.
Gute Parkmöglichkeit ca. 300 m entfernt, je nach Tageszeit auch direkt vor der Tür.
Treptower Park, Tempelhofer Feld, diverse Clubs (Berghain, Sisyphos, Kater Blau, Wilde Renate, Griessmühle) gut erreichbar mit Öffis oder Rad.

Nice location in charming Neukölln. Quiet, but close to hip Weserstr. with lots of bars and restaurants. Super market, 24h Shop, bakery, pharmacy, parks etc., within 5 min walking distance.
Public transport: 3 minutes walking to bus 171 (takes you to Hermannplatz, from where you get basically everywhere, e.g. with subway U 8 to Kreuzberg, Mitte, Wedding), 10 minutes walking to U 7 (takes you to Kreuzberg, Charlottenburg), 10 minutes walking to S Sonnenalle (circular railway around the city).
Parks and famous clubs are easy to reach.
Heimkino: ich habe einen Projektor, der ein tolles > 5 m großes Bild auf die Wand gegenüber dem gemütlichen Sofa wirft + schnelles Internet zum Streamen:-)
Fahrradnutzung gegen zusätzliche Kaution von 200 Euro ebf. möglich.
