Subletting my space for 6 months with the possibility to renew for a up to 2 years as I am studying in Belgium.
About the space:
The apartment is spread out on two floors (top floor) in an older building in the hinterhaus.
With many Berlin / Neukolln buildings, the outside isn't as nice as the interior. One the first floor; the kitchen, bathroom, small office. On the second, the bedroom and living room.
I really love this space, so I am looking for someone who will take good care of it while I am out of town. Someone who is good at communicating and has a job. I am asking for a month and a half deposit (for 6 months) as the place is semi- furnished with a couch, washing machine, bed, dresser and other small amenities...including a few plants. Also, the apartment building requires a quiet, calm tenant as the neighbour below is older. Something to note when you are considering the space.
All bills (electricity, heating, internet, ARD) have been calculated into the rent's additional costs.
The apartment is very couple friendly as one room is much smaller than the other and is more suitable to be used as an office than an actual bedroom.
The lease would start for a 6 months and could potentially last up to two years. Renewable every 6 months.
The apartment is in Neukolln, Berlin very close to Templehof and HasenHeide park. Boddinstrasse Ubahn and various buses are steps away.
Potential tenants must be able to pay one and half months deposit (the monthly rent + half).
Background check/ job verifications will also be done as a process of screening.
