I've been living in my lovely apartment for 3 years now. It's located on Hasenheide, close to the park, Karstadt and literally 30 seconds away from Hermannplatz (U7 & U8).
The apartment is in the courtyard of a very well maintained altbau. The flat is on the 2nd floor, has 1 closed kitchen (big enough for a table), 1 big room, very high ceiling, lot of light, and a small but comfortable bathroom with shower.
Looking at the current market, I know that I have a very good deal and I'm looking for the same.
I would be interested in swapping with a 2 room flat with balcony in Neukölln, Kreuzberg, Mitte, Prenzlauer Berg or Schöneberg. Preferably Altbau. No groud floor.
