We are renting 2 out of 3 rooms of our apartment while we will be on holiday abroad. Looking for laid-back people (friends/couple/family) who want to spend summer in Berlin. Kids are welcome. Pets aren't.
There is one double bed, one bunk-bed, one single bed (matrace) and a chaise longue so altogether 5 sleeping possibilities.
We can also provide a baby bed, but along with all the kiddy stuff it can be locked-up in the extra room if not needed. We will remove most of our personal belongings too, in order to give more space for yours.
The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is a nice sunny loggia.
We are not cleanliness fanatics, but we expect you to leave the apartment in not worse condition than you found it.
Nord-Neukölln is the mecca for party people but also great for families or lonely travelers. A lot of bars, restaurants, boutiques and other trendy destinations in the area. Two large parks (Hasenheide and Görlitzer Park) and nice jogging area along the channel.
Subway (Hermannplatz U8) is just minutes away, still the street itself is quiet and kinda cozy.
The flat cost is 1000 euro for the whole period all included (energy, fees, internet). It is possible to rent it for a shorter period, however the price remains the same.
