Bright spacious apartment with balkony

Location

We are renting our bright spacious altbau apartment at the heart of Neukölln, between the lively Weserstraße and Landwehr Canal with its wonderful park. Located at the northern part of Neukölln, this multicultural neighbourhood offers ample opportunities to eat, drink and enjoy Berlin´s vibrant nightlife. Weserstraße is full of bars, cafés and restaurants with reasonable prices. If you are more of a cooking person, there are supermarkets and several groceries almost next doors.

The apartment

Despite the location, our street is very calm, so you really relax. The apartment is spacious and cozy, consisting of one bedroom with double bed, a large living room with a double sofa-bed, bathroom, kitchen and a balkony. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher and all the essentials to prepare your meals. Both kitchen and living room have access to the best part of the house, the balcony. From the forth floor you get view to the most green backyard you have ever seen, while nobody can actually see you! We have a big grill and a table with chairs, so at a sunny day there is no better place to be.

The apartment is ideal for up to four people.
