The apartment is on the ground floor with a private garden at the back. It is located in Kreuzkölln with a great varietz of bars and restaurants around. The U-bahn Schönlein strasse (U8) is only 1 minute walking from the house and Hermanstrasse (U7, U8) is about 7 minutes walk.
The apartment is perfect for a couple or for sharing as it has two equally sized rooms and a big living room/kitchen area with a build in kitchen, including many cupboards.
We were very excited living here for the past 2 years and now we are looking for someone to take over our lease. We also have furniture to sell (desks, sofas, tables, chairs, wardrobes), plus a washing machine and a fridge.
