Hallo,
da ich vom 15.02.18 bis zum 14.03.18 verreisen werde, möchte ich für diese Zeit meine wunderschöne Wohnung an eine saubere, verantwortungsbewusste Person untervermieten.
Die Wohnung ist insgesamt über 70 qm groß und hat 2 Zimmer. Das kleinere Zimmer werde ich mit meinen Sachen vollstellen und abschließen; das 2. Zimmer, das zur Verfügung stehen wird, ist über 24 qm groß.
Im Zimmer gibt es ein Hochbett, groß und sehr gemütlich!
Die Küche ist schön, gemütlich, und alles wichtige ist vorhanden (Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, etc). Das Badezimmer ist groß und sehr hell.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. Stock eines sanierten Altbaus, ohne Aufzug.
NUR AN NICHTRAUCHER!

since I'll be traveling from 15.02.18 until 14.08.18, I would like to subrent my spacious, beautiful and bright flat to a clean, responsible person.
The apartment is over 70 sq. m. big and has 2 rooms. I will fill the smaller room with my stuff and lock it; the second room, which will be available, is over 24 sq. m. big. There's a big and super cozy loft bed in the room!
The kitchen is very cozy, and there's everything important (refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, etc).
The apartment is on the 4th floor of a renovated old building, without elevator.
