The apartment is a renovated Altbau with nice hardwood floors and a south-facing balcony. The decoration is quite minimal, but has everything you might need for a nice stay.
There is a cat in the photo here, but I no longer have a cat.
The price is firm, I'm just covering my normal rent here.
Dates posted are April 15 - May 15 but I am flexible +/- some days!
The apartment is located in a nice little corner of Neukölln called Rixdorf. 5 minutes walk to S-Bahn Sonnenallee, M41 bus, and lots of coffee shops, restaurants, and bars all within walking distance.
The street is very quiet and there is minimal traffic since there is no outlet at the end of it. The closest grocery store is the Lidl, which is directly accessible from the end of the street (40 meters).
Smoking would be permitted only outside on the balcony.
