Da wir in der Zeit vom 4. April bis 22. Mai verreist sind, bieten wir unsere 2-Zimmer-Wohnung im schönen Nord-Neukölln zur Zwischenmiete an. Für die gesamte Zeit wären es insgesamt 1200 Euro mit allem drum und dran (warm und mit Strom/Internet) bzw. 600 Euro pro Monat. Geht auch super für zwei Personen (65 qm, kein Durchgangszimmer). Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet, hat eine Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, ein Bett und ein Schlafsofa.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße, in direkter Umgebung gibt es viele Cafés und Kneipen. 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum U-Bhf Karl-Marx-Str. (U7), 5 Minuten mit Rad zum Tempelhofer Feld und Kanal. Auch zu REWE und Aldi sowie zu den Neuköllner Arcaden sind es jeweils nur 5 Minuten.
Es wäre super, wenn wir uns vorab persönlich kennenlernen könnten. Der Vermieter wünscht sich einen ruhigen und zuverlässigen Zwischenmieter. Es ist ein ruhiges Haus, d.h. Partys sind nicht gern gesehen.
