We are renting out our place during the four weeks from January 17th to February 14th. No long term stay. Since we are living here with our six-year-old son we prefer a family with kids. The rent includes all expenses. If you are working from home, there is also a desk with a big curved screen in the living room (not in the pictures)
Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein, in der Bürknerstr. im Reuterkiez (Kreuzkölln), gleich beim Landwehrkanal, mit jeder Menge Bars und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Die U8 Schönleinstraße ist 5 min Fußweg entfernt.
The apartment is situated in one of the most sought after neughborhoods of Berlin, right on the edge between Neukölln and Kreuzberg. You are only two minutes away from a canal that runs through this part of town, with a wide range of restaurants and bars. The closest subway stop is U8 Schönleinstraße.
