Hello people, beautiful room for short term rent in Berlin.
The room is suitable for 2 people and is part of a 3 room apartment, with 1 more flatmate.
You will be staying in a bright, spacious, 30 sm room, part of a 3 room apartment(120 sm) , located in one of the best areas in Berlin!
The room in beautifully decorated, has a double bed, a desk and a comfortable sofa that can also be used for sleeping. It is filled with plants and has an amazing view of the city and the river channel underneath.
The apartment is completely set with original, typical wooden floor boards and contains an extra living room(seen in the pictures as the room with the red table) with a comfortable leather double bed/sofa, that you can also use.
A separate kitchen is equipped with cooking facilities, oven, fridge, coffee maker, hub, toaster.
The bathroom comes with a shower, basin and WC.
Of course, towels, soap, hair dryer etc. are available for you.
You will be sharing the kitchen and bathroom with me or my lovely, friendly flatmate Ivan. We will both be happy to give you all insider tips, info and even hang out.
The location is a very beautiful area of Berlin, filled with parks, canals and beautiful, old buildings. Many places of interest nearby, such as Kottbusser Tor, Berghain, Kit Kat, Görlitzer Park, Schlessisches Tor, the Berlin Wall, etc.
Many bars, cafes and supermarkets are in the proximity.
Conveniently located between 3 of the most popular areas of Berlin, Neukölln, Treptow and Kreuzberg, it is ideal for travelers that want to explore the more authentic part of the city, avoiding the rush of the touristic center.
