Bei der Wohnung handelt es sich um einen schönen Altbau mit Dielen in allen Zimmern (sogar im Bad), Stuck, Badewanne und Balkon. Bei einem der Zimmer handelt es sich um ein Durchgangszimmer, weshalb die Wohnung weniger WG geeignet ist.
Die drei Zimmer sind alle zur Straße ausgerichtet, deswegen sollte man nicht sehr lärmempfindlich sein.
Die Anbindung ist sehr gut, der Hermannplatz ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und Bushaltestellen gibt es direkt vor der Haustür. Auch Hasenheide, Tempelhofer Feld und Maybachufer sind fußläufig erreichbar.
Wir sind auf der Suche nach einer Wohnung mit 2-3 Zimmern, Altbau. Einzugsdatum ist flexibel.
