da ich eine berufliche Auszeit mache und reisen möchte, würde ich meine Wohnung in Neukölln gerne zur Zwischenmiete untervermieten. Ich würde die Wohnung gerne mindestens für drei Monate vermieten, aber auch über längere Zeiträume können wir reden, denn ich plane, etwa 1 Jahr unterwegs zu sein.
Die Wohnung besteht aus zwei Zimmern, einer kleinen Küche, Bad und einem Balkon. Eines der Zimmer ist Durchgangzimmer zur Küche - die Wohnung ist also eventuell für Pärchen aber nicht unbedingt WG-geeignet.
Sie hat 52 Quadratmeter und kostet mit Nebenkosten 450 Euro. Dazu kommen c.a. 90 Euro für Strom, Gas und Internet.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe der Neukölln Arcaden mit diversen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und nahe der U-Bahnstation Rathaus Neukölln.
Die Wohnung ist möbliert und auch meine Sachen sollen größtenteils hier bleiben. Ich werde aber zusehen, dass ich genug Platz für dich/euch in meinen Schränken frei mache. Außerdem habe ich viele Pflanzen und es wäre schön, einen Mieter zu finden, der die ab und an gießen kann :)

I'm currently taking a time off of my job to have some time to travel. Therefore, I would like to subrent my nice little apartement in Berlin Neukölln. I would like to subrent it for a minimum of 3 months but since I plan to be away for about a year also longer periods would be possible.
The apartment has two rooms, a small kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony. The kitchen is connected to one of the rooms, so the apartment is good for singles or couples. It has 52 square meters and costs 450 Euro rent plus about 90 Euro for gas, electricity and internet.
The apartment is close to the Neukölln Arcaden with lots of places to shop and a supermarket and about 5 minutes away from the station Rathaus Neukölln.
The apartment is fully furnished and I also want to leave most of my stuff here - still I will make sure you will have some space in my closets. Also, I have a lot of plants and it would be nice to find someone who is willing to water them from time to time :)
