Lovely and bright 2 Room Apartment in Neukölln

I am subletting my apartment during my travels to nice and trustworthy people.

2 Rooms: bedroom 20m2 with a big double bed and studio/living room of about 25m2, with a balcony, desk, couch, bookshelfs and a (slightly detuned) piano. Extra mattress vailable.
The apartment is facing east and is very bright with big windows and the sun shines in directly from sunrise till about noon. In front of the windows are only trees - so you only see green when looking outside and the street itself is pretty quiet. Smoking is allowed in living room and kitchen and on the balcony.

The flat is located in Schillerpromenade and is about 300 Meters from Tempelfhofer Feld and about 5 minutes walk to metrostation Boddinstrasse. Around Schillerkiez are lots of Bars and Cafes, small shops and 2 big parks.

Es gibt 1 Schlafzimmer 20m2 mit einem grossem Bett, 1 Wohn- und Arbeitszimmer von 25m2 mit einem Balkon, Couch, Schreibtisch, Buecherregalen und einem (leicht verstimmten) Klavier. Es gibt eine Extra-Matratze als Gästebett. Die Wohnung liegt nach Osten und ist sehr hell mit grossen Fenstern, Sonne gibt es von Sonnenaufgang bis spaeten Vormittag. Vor dem Fenster sind nur Bäume, so dass man nur gruen sieht und die Strasse ist ziemlich ruhig. Im Wohnzimmer, der Küche und auf dem Balkon kann auch geraucht werden.

Ausserdem gibt es eine gut ausgestattete Kueche mit Geschirrspueler, ein kleines Bad mit Badewanne und natürlich WIFI.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Schillerpromenade, 300 Meter vom Tempelfhofer Feld entfernt und etwa 5 Minuten bis zum Ubahnhof Boddinstrasse entfernt. Im Schillerkiez gibt es viele schöne Cafes und Bars, kleine Läden und 2 große Parks.
