Hey guys, I sublet my flat for 3 month from 8th of January to 8th of April. At first: It's not possible to register for this time at Bürgeramt and please just send me a message if you are considering living here alone, or as a couple.
You will get a big and homely flat in a typical Berlin art nouveau apartment house from 1900, located in a very hip and alive area of Neukölln.
It is a bright and spacious apartment in the center of Neukölln. With a big living room, a big sunny south balcony, fast Wifi, well equipped kitchen with dining table, new renovated bathroom and sleeping room (bed 1,6x2m).
The neighbourhood is very alive (full of Cafés, Bars, Restaurants, Clubs and Shopping-possibilities). It's a quiet street next to vibrant Karl-Marx Straße, 3min to the next subway station "Rathaus Neukölln". I asume that you are an aware and care taking person, as my apartment is full of personal belongings and art, which is very precious to me.
You can come over and visit the flat if you want at any time.
The rent total for 1 month is 900€ and 200€ deposit.
