Cosy, bright, comfortable apartment in Neukölln

Our bright and spacious apartment is available for 9 nights from 24th August to 1st September. It is a 6 minute walk from both Rathaus Neukölln and Hermannplatz ubahn stations. Surrounded by lots of lovely bars, restaurants, cafes and parks, the flat is ideally located in the trendy Neukölln district.

The 70m² apartment is on the 3rd floor and the bedroom faces the back courtyard, which is extremely quiet and peaceful. It is an altbau (old build) building: tall ceilings with stucco around the edges, and hardwood floors. Inside it has a vintage feel with lots of antique furniture and green plants. There are plenty of books and records to keep you entertained. It is fully furnished and has a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine.

It is a quiet flat that we take a lot of care of and we therefore do not allow parties or smoking inside.

Unsere helle und geräumige Wohnung steht Ihnen vom 15. September bis 6. Oktober für drei Wochen zur Verfügung. Vom Rathaus Neukölln und der U-Bahnstation Hermannplatz ist es jeweils 6 Gehminuten. Umgeben von vielen schönen Bars, Restaurants, Cafés und Parks liegt die Wohnung ideal im trendigen Stadtteil Neukölln.

Die 70m² große Wohnung befindet sich im 3. Stock und das Schlafzimmer liegt zum Hinterhof, der sehr ruhig und friedlich ist. Es ist ein Altbau: hohe Decken mit Stuck an den Rändern und Parkettböden. Im Inneren hat es ein Vintage-Feeling mit vielen antiken Möbeln und grünen Pflanzen. Es gibt viele Bücher und Records, die Sie unterhalten. Es ist komplett möbliert und verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Waschmaschine.

Es ist eine ruhige Wohnung, um die wir uns sehr kümmern und deshalb erlauben wir keine Partys oder Rauchen im Haus.
