Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. OG (leider kein Aufzug) in Neukölln-Rixdorf.
Zimmer 1 umfasst knapp 20 Quadratmeter und ist mit einer großen Schlafcouch, einem Sofa, Schreibtisch, Bücherregal, Kleiderständer und offenem Regalschrank möbliert. ACHTUNG: Das Zimmer wird nicht komplett leer sein, aber es gibt genug Platz für deine Sachen.
Zimmer 2 ist etwa 16 Quadratmeter groß und ist mit einem Doppelbett, Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank und Sessel möbliert. ACHTUNG: Das Zimmer wird nicht komplett leer sein, aber es gibt genug Platz für deine Sachen.
Bettzeug und Bettwäsche sind vorhanden. Die Zimmer sind rechteckig geschnitten und mit großer Fenster-/Balkontür sowie Holzdielen ausgestattet. Außerdem verfügt jedes Zimmer über einen kleinen Balkon, der sonnig nach Südosten ausgerichtet ist.
Rauchen ist ok, Haustiere können aufgrund von Allergien leider nicht mitkommen.
In der Wohnung gibt es ein kleines Bad mit Dusche/ WC und Waschbecken. Die Küche ist ebenfalls relativ klein, eine Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, Herd und Spüle sowie gängige Kochutensilien und Geschirr sind vorhanden. W-Lan und Festnetz-Telefon, Ökostrom und Nebenkosten sind im Mietpreis inbegriffen. In der Wohnung gibt es keinen Kabelanschluss oder Fernseher.
Die Kaution beträgt 500€.

The flat is located on the 4th floor (no elevator).
Room 1 has 20 square metres and is FURNISHED with a fold-out couch/double bed, a small sofa, a desk, book shelf, open storage shelf and clothes rail. PLEASE NOTE: The room will be not completely empty, but you will find sufficient space for your things.
Room 2 has 16 square metres and is FURNISHED with a double bed, desk, lazy chair and wardrobe. PLEASE NOTE: The room will be not completely empty, but you will find sufficient space for your things.
You can use bedclothes and bed linen. The rooms have a rectangular layout, the floors are made of timber. Both rooms have a large balcony-window including a nice little balcony facing the sunny south-east. Please note that both rooms don’t have TV/cable connection.
Smoking is ok, but you cannot bring pets with you because of allergies.
The apartment has also a small tube-like bathroom with shower, WC and sink. The kitchen is also relatively small, but has a washing machine, fridge, electric stove and oven, sink and most common kitchen equipment. In the rental price are also INCLUDED: good wi-fi-connection, landline phone (Germany-wide), energy supply (sustainable energy/ Ökostrom), regular running costs (water supply, central heating, garbage removal, etc.)
The deposit for the apartment is 500€.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer meist ruhigen Nebenstraße in Rixdorf, um die Ecke findest Du den Richardplatz und zahlreiche Restaurants und Geschäfte. Nicht weit entfernt sind außerdem das Tempelhofer Feld, die Weserstraße und das Maybachufer.
Die S-Bahn (Ring 41&42, S 46, 47) und U-Bahn (U7) sowie auch der Nachtbus sind in 2-5 Minuten zu erreichen.
Im unmittelbaren Umkreis der S/U-Bahn-Station liegen Penny, Real, Aldi, Rossmann, Veganladen und orientalischer Supermarkt sowie etliche weitere Service-Einrichtungen (Sparkasse, Ärzte, Apotheken, Schuster, Näherei, Späti, Reinigung, Wochenmarkt am Karl-Marx-Platz usw.).
Das Zusammenleben im Mietshaus ist entspannt, weitestgehend ruhig und bunt gemischt. Leider jedoch sind die Wände nicht besonders gut isoliert, daher sollte man mit einem gewissen Geräuschpegel rechnen.

The flat is only 2-5 walking minutes away from public transport (S-Bahn, Ringbahn, U-Bahn U7, night bus) and there are several supermarkets (Penny, Real, Aldi), drugstores (Rossmann), bank (Berliner Sparkasse), pharmacies. Doctors, late-hour-shops, ethnic and vegan shops, etc. are also around in walking distance.
People in this multi-party house are nice, mostly quiet and mixed (families, students, couples). However, the noise isolation isn't the best here and you should be prepared for a little sound level.
Wir wohnen seit 2017 zusammen und werden von Ende September bis Mitte November ein Praktikum außerhalb Berlins absolvieren. Für die Wohnung wünschen wir uns daher verantwortungsvolle Zwischenmieter/innen. Idealerweise bist du bereits recht selbstständig, hast bereits in einer WG oder alleine gelebt. Ordentlichkeit und Zuverlässigkeit sind dir keine Fremdwörter :)

We moved together in 2017. From the end of September until mid-November we will leave Berlin for an internship. Our ideal candidate is already quite independent and 100 % reliable. Ideally you have some experience with keeping your own household or lived in a WG/ shared apartment before. You consider yourself to be tidy and orderly.
If you have any more questions about the apartment, just drop us a few lines. It would be also nice to read 1-2 sentences about you and your current situation.
