Schöne 3-Zimmer-Wohnung im Schillerkiez (Neukölln) zur Untermiete (Okt-Dez)

Wir suchen nette Untermieter für unsere helle und geräumige 3-Zimmer-Wohnung im Schillerkiez (Berlin Neukölln) vom 02.10. bis 20.12.2018. Es handelt sich hierbei um eine sanierte und gepflegte Altbauwohnung mit großer offener Wohnküche, zwei weiteren (Schlaf-)Zimmern, Wannenbad mit separater Dusche und Gäste-WC im 4. OG. In der direkten Nachbarschaft findet man alles, was das Herz begehrt (Supermärkte, Cafés, Bars, Tempelhofer Flugfeld, Hasenheide, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel...). In der Miete sind sämtliche Nebenkosten enthalten. Preis für den gesamten Zeitraum: 3500 Euro. Wir vermieten nur die gesamte Wohnung und nur in dem angegeben Zeitraum! Eine 3er WG ist nicht möglich (nur zwei Schlafzimmer!).

We sublease our bright and spacious 3 room apartment in Berlin Neukölln (Schillerkiez) from the 2d of October until the 20th of December. The apartment is situated on the 4th floor of a typical old building, it is newly renovated and well maintained. It has a huge living room with open kitchen (40m2), TWO bedrooms, a big bathroom with tub and a guest toilet. In the neighborhood you’ll find everything you need (supermarkets, cafes, bars, shops, the old airport Tempelhof and other parks, public transportation...). The rent includes all utilities. Rent for the whole period: 3500 euros. You can only rent the whole flat (no single room) and only during the above mentioned dates! There are only two bedrooms, so it is suited for 2 persons in a shared flat!!
