Wir vermieten für 2 Monate unsere voll eingerichtete 4-Zimmer Wohnung in Berlin/Neukölln da wir in der Zeit im Ausland sind.

Die Wohnung hat 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder, 1 Arbeitszimmer, 1 Wohnzimmer und eine große Wohnküche. In den Nebenkosten sind Telefon, Internet, TV-Gebühren sowie Strom- und Heizungskosten enthalten.

Sie liegt sehr verkehrsgünstig an zwei U-Bahn Linien und an dem S-Bahn Ring mit 15min zum Alexanderplatz und Innenstadt. Für Autofahrten ist ein Anschluß an die Stadtautobahn und weiter Richtung Süden sehr nahe. Ein Linien-Bus fährt direkt zum Flughafen Schönefeld. Die S-Bahn hat Anschluß zur Fernbahn und zum Flughafen Tegel.

Im Umfeld gibt es mehrere Parks; der sehr schöne Körner-Park ist in Sichtweite und der Park des ehemaligen Flughafen Tempelhof ist zu Fuss in 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Es gibt einen neuen schönen Kinderspielplatz praktisch vor dem Haus. Das Stadtviertel um den Körner-Park ist Multi-Kulti mit einigen Kneipen und Restaurants in der Nähe. Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Bio-Markt, Real, Aldi, Wochenmarkt, etc.) sind zu Fuß in 5-10 Minuten zu erreichen.


We rent for 2 months our fully equipped 4-room apartment in Berlin/Neukölln since we are abroad in that time.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 study room, 1 living room and a large kitchen/dining room. The additional costs include telephone, internet, TV fees, electricity and heating costs.

It is very conveniently located on two subway lines and on the S-Bahn ring with 15min to Alexanderplatz and the city centre. For car trips a connection to the city highway and further south is very close. A bus line goes directly to Schönefeld airport. The S-Bahn is connected to the railway and to the Tegel airport.

There are several parks in the surrounding area; the very nice Körner park is within sight and the park of the former Tempelhof airport can be reached on foot in 15 minutes. There is a new children's playground practically in front of the house. The neighborhood around the Körner park is multi-cultural with some pubs and restaurants nearby. All shopping facilities (organic market, real supermarket, Aldi, weekly market, etc.) can be reached on foot in 5-10 minutes.
