Wir möchten unser Gästezimmer vom 11. - 15.04.2023 an eine Person untervermieten, da der Rest der Familie in dem Zeitraum ausgeflogen ist.
Unsere große und liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung befindet sich in bester Lage im Schillerkiez in Neukölln, nah am Haupteingang vom Tempelhofer Feld. Dieses ist in nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und lebendiges Berlin findet ihr in Form von zahlreichen tollen Bars, Cafés, Restaurants, kleinen Läden und vielem mehr direkt vor der Haustür!
Das große, schöne Gästezimmer hat einen geräumigen Balkon. Es liegt zu einer wenig befahrenen Straße hin.
Das Schlafzimmer ist mit einem 140 x 200 Bett ausgestattet und hat auch sonst alles, was man braucht.

Welcome to Schillerkiez! Be our guest in our spacious apartment right next to the main entrance to the famous Tempelhof field! The flat is located in the wonderful Schillerkiez, a vibrant and artsy area which still feels very local, with many great bars, cafés and restaurants around. Yet we are based on a rather quiet street with not a lot of traffic at all. You can cook and chill in our comfy and well equipped kitchen and enjoy our lovely bathtub!

Neukölln - und ganz speziell der Schillerkiez - ist unser Lieblingsbezirk in Berlin. Und das geht nicht nur uns so - der Bezirk wurde in den letzten Jahren immer beliebter. Man findet coole Bars, kleine Läden, Restaurants und Cafés direkt neben Einrichtungen, die hier schon seit sehr langer Zeit beheimatet sind (schon lange bevor der Kiez "in" wurde), Dönerbuden nebst hippen Burgerläden und Menschen unterschiedlichster Nationalitäten, die hier friedlich miteinander leben.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist auch deshalb so toll, weil sie direkt am Tempelhofer Feld liegt - einem stillgelegten Flughafen, der in einen riesigen, wunderschönen Park verwandelt wurde. Hier könnt ihr den untschiedlichsten Sportarten und Freizeitaktivitäten nachgehen, grillen oder einfach nur die Natur und die immense Weite dieses Ortes genießen - egal ob ihr im Gras liegt oder einen Spaziergang macht.
Solltet ihr Bäume vermissen, läuft man fünf Minuten von der Wohnung zum Volkspark Hasenheide. Dies ist ein anderer Ort, der zum spazieren und entspannen einlädt, sollte man mal Ruhe von der pulsierenden Großstadt brauchen.
Neukölln - and especially the Schillerkiez - is our favourite district in Berlin. And not just our's - it is getting more and more popular at the moment. You find cool new bars next to the kind of places that have been there for ages (long time before it became an somehow "in" part of town), Döner Kebabs next to organic Burgers, many nationalities peacefully living together.
One of the best things is that the apartment is basically next to the famous Tempelhofer Feld - an old airport which got turned into a crazy cool park where you can do all different kind of sports or just enjoy the grass and the nature and lie there or go for nice walks. If you are missing some trees just go to Volkspark Hasenheide, a 7-minute-walk from the flat and ideal for walks or relaxing if you need some rest from the vibrant city feeling.

Alles, was man braucht ist fußläufig zu erreichen! Solltet ihr den Kiez doch einmal verlassen wollen sind es 8 Minuten zu Fuß zur U8 Boddinstraße. Von dort aus kommt ihr sehr schnell nach Kreuzberg, Mitte oder zum Alexanderplatz (10 Minuten). Die Ringbahnstation Hermannstraße ist auch nur zwei Haltestellen entfernt (von dort kann man z.B. direkt zum Flughafen Schönefeld fahren.
You can find everything you are looking for in walking distance. If you still want to leave the area it's only a 8-minute-walk to the U-Bahn U8 Boddinstraße and you are in no time in e.g. Kreuzberg, Mitte or Prenzlauer Berg. To the Alexanderplatz its a 10 minute ride only! You also reach the Ringbahn- / circle-line-station Hermannstraße in only 2 stops with the U8 (which takes you to the airport Schönefeld for example).
