Schönes 1-Zimmer Altbau in ruhige Körnerkiez

Ich und mein Partner haben seit einem Jahr in diesem Wohnung gewohnt. Es war erstbezug nach sanierung, der Wohnung ist in sehr gutes Zustand. Das große Zimmer und die Halle hat Dielen, die Küche hat laminat und der Bad har schönes Fliesen. Die Bade hast ein sehr schönes Dusch mit Glastür. Alle Wände sind frisch in weiß gestrichen. Der Wohnung hat auch einem schönes Westbalkon mit Sonne von 12 Uhr nach 17 Uhr im Sommer. Es hate gute platz für Möbeln und Blumen.

Es its Zentralheizung inkludiert in Nebenkosten.

Der Wohnung liegt in das ruhige Körnerkiez, in der Nahe findet Sie viele grüne Parken und viele gemütliches Cafés, Restaurants & Bars. Schönes Körnerpark und Neuköllns beste Pizza, Nini e Pettirosso sind gleich um die Ecke. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten Penny, Rewe, Netto und Real wenige Meter neben der Tür. Mehrere Spätis und ein Gemüsehändler, Eurogida in der Nahe, und Tempelhofer Feld ist 10 Minuter zu Fuß entfernt.

Verkehrsmäßig ist die Wohnung extrem gut angebunden: U7, U8 und Ringbahn ist in 4 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Sie wohnen dazwischen Neukölln S+U und Hermannstr. S+U.

Wir lieben diese Wohnung aber es ist zu klein, deshalb wir ein größeren suchen.

Beautiful 1 room Altbau in cosy Körnerkiez available for swap

I've been living in this apartment for almost a year now. My partner moved in this year in june, and since then it has been a little bit too tight. The apartment is perfect for one person. It was the first move-in after renovation and sanation so its really beautiful and in a great state. It has the charming old wooden floors in the big livingroom and hallway, the bathroom has tiles on floor and parts of the walls, the kitchen has a nice dark wooden imitation laminat floor. The walls are newly painted white and the whole apartment is really fresh. It has the characteristics from an Altbau but with a fresh & modern new interior. The balcony is really cosy and green with a tree next to it, its a quiet street and me and my partner have enjoyed many dinners & breakfast out there. In the summer you have sun between mid-day to late afternoon.

The heating is included in Nebenkosten.

The apartment lies in cool and cosy Körnerkiez. You have a lot of green parks and cafés, bars & restaurants close to the apartment.The lovely Körnerpark is just around the corner, where you also can find Neuköllns greatest pizza Nini e Pettirosso. There are a lot of close Supermarkets nearby such as Rewe, Penny, Real, Netto and Aldi. You can also find a lot of Spätis and if you need some fresh greens you have Eurogida around the corner.

It has great connections to the Public transportation, Hermannstr. S+U and Neukölln S+U are just 4 minutes away by foot. Here you can use both the ringbahn and U7 and U8. Great for commuting!

With all that said - its a really great apartment and we love it, we really wouldnt wanna leave if it wasnt because of the fact that is doesnt fits us in size.
