We are subletting our home for 2 weeks from January 22nd to Feb 6th while we are visiting our families in New Zealand. The total cost for the 2 weeks is €500 all inclusive (heating, power, internet etc.). 100 Euro bond.
One master bedroom with king-size bed. The second room is very large and is divided with a large bookshelf. One side has a queen-size bed and work space. The other side is a living space with a dining table, sofa bed, armchairs, coffee table etc.
Kitchen is very well equipped with appliances and cookware, and a breakfast table. Bathroom is modern and clean, with a shower.
The apartment is nicely decorated and cosy with wooden floors and high ceilings.
(It is not a party flat)

Es gibt ein Hauptschlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett. Der zweite Raum ist sehr groß und durch ein großes Bücherregal unterteilt. Auf einer Seite befindet sich ein Queen-Size-Bett und ein großer Arbeitstisch. Die andere Seite ist ein Wohnraum mit Esstisch, Schlafcouch, Sesseln, Couchtisch etc. und Balkon.
Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit Geräten und Kochgeschirr, einer Waschmaschine und einem Frühstückstisch. Das Badezimmer ist modern und sauber, mit einem Dusche.
Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und gemütlich mit Holzböden und hohen Decken.
(Es ist keine Partywohnung)
Sonnenallee is a main street with everything you need. The street is busy and lively, and close to nice neighbourhoods such as Rixdorf. Good transport options. Free street parking. Lots of cheap and delicious food nearby. Also close to supermarkets.

Die Sonnenallee ist eine Hauptstraße mit allem, was man braucht. Die Straße ist belebt und lebendig, und in der Nähe von schönen Stadtteilen wie Rixdorf. Gute Transportmöglichkeiten. Kostenloser Straßenparkplatz. In der Nähe gibt es viele günstige und leckere Gerichte. Auch in der Nähe von Supermärkten.
