From Friday July 12th till Saturday August 02nd we rent out our private 100qm maisonette flat with a huge dining room, a kid’s room with a bunk bed and a sleeping armchair and plenty of toys as also a kitchen and bathroom in the 1st floor. In the 2nd floor you find a bedroom for two and an open living room with a sleeping sofa for two. The flat is ideal for families or two couples.
Fully equipped kitchen, Wifi, 42" 3D-TV, Cable-TV, WII U. We have four cute love birds living in their huge cage. They fly free in the dining room in the day time and are sometimes noisy in daytime but sleep early.
Once the week the flat will be cleaned by a cleaning woman.
Price: 1000€ for the whole time or 55€ per day, minimum stay 14 days

The flat is well connected to public transportation but real quiet, since it is in the rear building.
You will be in the centre of a colorful, vibrant, multicultural (160 nations!) neighborhood. Good-value restaurants, cafés and bars, shopping of all kind is around the corner and also it is very green: you can walk along the canal through Görlitzer Park to Kreuzberg, Hasenheide (huge Park) and Tempelhofer Feld are close by.
