Das Wohnung ist sehr Hell, mit großen Fenstern und sehr geräumige
Ist in einer der angesagtesten Straßen des Berliner Bezirk Neukölln: Weserstraße.
Wohnung ist am 4. Stock. Und leider kein Aufzug!
Die Wohnung ist möbiliert, es gibt ein große Schlafzimmer für zwei mit genug Raum und man werden jeden Komfort finden, um Ihren Aufenthalt zu genießen.
In der Nähe befinden sich ein Supermarkt, kleine gemütliche Cafés, typische Neuköllner Restaurants im Mittleren Osten und endlose Berlin-style Bars.
3min zu füß liegt auch der Kanal, die beste Ort wo man kann der Berliner Sommer geniessen oder nur spazieren gehen.

Ist möglich die Wohnung besucht. Es freue mich sehr wenn ich dich kennenlerne.

Beautiful and spacious Berlin-style flat in one of the most hip street of the famous Berlin borough: Weserstrasse, Neukölln.
I will be travelling for a couple of months, maybe a bit more.
The flat has big windows therefore is very bright and located at the 4th floor. Unfortunately there is no lift!!
The flat is in a vibrant and hip area and you will find here any comfort to enjoy your stay.
Very close you can find supermarkets, small cozy cafes, typical Neukölln middle east restaurant and endless Berlin-style bars.
3min walking distance there is the canal, is the Best to enjoy Berlin summer or do a short walk in the green in winter.

10min U-Bhan Hermmanplatz U8/U7
Is possible to come and visit the flat, I also would be happy to get to know in person.
HOUSE RULES:

No illegal download of movies, video, songs. If I will get fines because of illegal downloads for the period that the flat was rent, the renter will have to pay the fine.
About the area:
Neukölln is famous for its mostly middle east population and young hipster crowd.
Endless vegan cafés and spritely hybrid stores dot the once uninhabited streets, sandwiched between kebab shops and laundromats. Keeping up with the traditions of the rest of Berlin, what was once abandoned has been recycled into something distinctive, imaginative and irresistible to explore.
Many bars and restaurant are worth to try and discover. Try one of the older bar in the area: ä bar or the magical Dschungel bar.
