I am renting my lovely, fully equipped, two room apartment in Neukölln. It is located on a quiet street, only 5 minutes away from shops, restaurants and bars (in the already well-known Weserstrasse).
It is ideal for one person or a couple. It has everything to cook, be comfortable, wash your clothes, and even a desk area to work. It is on the ground floor (so no carrying lugagge upstairs) and has a balcony that faces the inner yard.
I am renting it because I am travelling from 15/2 and 15/3 and I need to cover the rent. Nevertheless, write me if you needed for a shorter period than a month and we see if we can work something out. It is the apartment where I live so I am looking for one or two guests that are looking to have a relaxed stay in this exciting city, and that will take care of the flat like if it's their one. Parties are not allowed, neither is smoking inside (there's always the balcony to do that).

It is also very well-connected to different areas, only 3-10 minutes away from direct buses and subways to Treptower Park area, Kreuzberg, Hermannplatz, Mitte and Schoeneberg.
- The rent (and deposit) should be payed before arriving to the apartment. (I will gladly meet you before if you are already in the city.)
- I ask for a copy of passport of every person that will stay in the house.
- Deposit will be returned one week after leaving the apartment.
