Die beiden großzügigen Zimmer (25qm + 28qm) sind durch eine Flügeltür verbunden. Über das Schlafzimmer habt ihr Zugang zum Balkon, der nach Süden ausgerichtet ist und von morgens bis ca 17 Uhr direkte Sonne hat. Im Wohnzimmer findet ihr neben einem riesigen Ess/Schreibtisch einen kleinen Dschungel, der gehegt und gepflegt werden möchte. Im Gegenzug könnt ihr euch unter einem großen Bananenbaum in einer Hängematte sonnen und erholen.
Die Wohnung ist 112qm groß. Da die beiden Zimmer nur durch eine sehr dünne Wand und die Flügeltür getrennt sind ist dies nur für Pärchen geeignet.
WG-Leben
Celline, meine eigentliche Mitbewohnerin, bleibt in der Wohnung (im hinteren Zimmer) wohnen. Sie studiert Psychologie, treibt viel Sport, kocht gerne und ist gern in der Natur. Da sie erst gegen Mitte/Ende April zurück nach Berlin kommt, wird das Interview mit ihr später stattfinden.
Es ist keine Party-WG aber es wird gerne beisammen gesessen, gekocht und bei einem Glas Wein gegessen.
Da es sich in einer sauberen Wohnung schöner lebt, solltet ihr mindestens den gleichen Anspruch an Sauberkeit haben wie wir. Ein Mal pro Woche wird iterativ die ganze Wohnung geputzt.

The two large and bright rooms (25m^2 + 28m^2) are joint together via a large door in their centre. The bedroom gives access to the balcony which has direct sun from morning until 5pm. The living room has a large table and a small jungle which needs some love and care. In return you may lay down and relax in a hammock under a large banana tree.
The entire flat is 112m^2 big. Since the two rooms are separated via a thin wall and the large door the two rooms will be given only to a couple.
WG-life
My flatmate, Celline, will be staying in the flat, she lives in a room to the back of the house. She studies psychology and does tonnes of different sports, loves nature and enjoys cooking.
This is no party-flat, but all of us like to have some friends over for some drinks and good food from time to time.
I'd like to mention that we like the flat to be clean and you should as well (the entire flat is cleaned iteratively once a week).
Die Warthestraße befindet sich zwischen S+U Hermannstraße und U Leinestraße auf der U8 und am Ring - ist also perfekt gelegen. Das Tempelhofer Feld ist 5 min entfernt und bietet für jeden Sport-affinen jede Menge Möglichkeiten sich auszutoben. Der Körnerpark aber auch der Richardplatz sind fußläufig zu erreichen.
Es gibt von Bio-Company bis Rewe oder Discounter (Aldi-Lidl-Netto) alles in der Nähe. Am Herfurthplatz gibt es regelmäßig Märkte.
Es gibt jede Menge toller Cafes und Restaurants in der Nähe, die durchaus gute Speisen und Getränke servieren und zugleich noch bezahlbar sind. D.h., falls du nicht ständig kochen magst, wirst du nicht vom Stängel fallen!

Our street lies between two cemeteries, and is a quiet street. S+U Hermannstraße and U Leinestraße are 3-5min walks away, as well as the Tempelhofer Feld. If you are a runner that comes quite handy. Some nice areas like the Schillerkiez (Herfurthplatz), Rixdorf (Richardplatz) and Körnerpark are just short walks away.
You can get groceries anywhere close by: Bio Company, Aldi, Lidl, Rewe, Netto, Bereket and Bolu are around the corner.
Tonnes of good restaurants and bars waiting for you to drop by as well!
