Die 50qm große Wohnung liegt auf der Sonnenallee in der Nähe des Hermannplatzes.
Kleines Schlafzimmer hinten zum Hof raus, großes Wohnzimmer mit Balkon zum Süden raus für ganz viel Sonne am Tag.
Das Badezimmer ist mit Badewanne ausgestattet.
Für die Leute, die die Tage gern drinnen verbringen, lass ich auch n Haufen Platten und ne Playstation 4 da.

I’m subletting my lovely appt. from April 23rd - May 15th, as I will be out of the country
the 50 sqm appartment is located on Sonnenallee with close proximity to Hermannplatz. Cozy little bedroom towards the backyard to ensure a good night’s rest.
Livingroom with a balcony in the south, so lots and lots of sun during the day.
If you are more of an indoors person, i got a bunch of records to enjoy and a PS4.
Bathroom is equipped with a bathtub to take off the edge after a long day.
Asking Price: 600€ (all expenses paid) + Deposit 350€
(If you are on a smaller budget, I could equip the living room with a bed and use the bedroom as storage.)
