*Körnerkiez* schöne 3-Zimmer Wohnung

Hallo,
weil wir einen Monat lang verreisen, bieten wir unsere schöne Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete an.

Die Wohnung liegt im Körnerkiez Neukölln, zwischen Tempelhofer Feld und dem schönen Körnerpark.
Sbahn (Ring) und U8, sowie Supermärkte (Rewe und Netto) erreicht ihr in 3-5 Gehminuten.
Auch S und U-bahnhof Neukölln ist max. 8 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt (U7 und Ring).
Unsere 3 Zimmer Wohnung (69 m2) mit Balkon liegt im 5. Stock - tolle Aussicht also inklusive, leider ohne Aufzug.
Unser Schlafzimmer zum ruhigen Hinterhof (Richtung Süd-Westen) hat ein 2x2m großes Bett mit einer niegel-nagelneuen, hochwertigen Matratze.
Im gemütlichen Wohnzimmer gibts ne Sofalandschaft und den besagten Balkon.
Das dritte Zimmer bietet eine zweite Schlafgelegenheit mit guter, ausziehbarer Couch und ist gleichzeitig eine Art "Gäste-/Ankleidezimmer".

In unserer neuen Einbauküche mit Spül- und Waschmaschine lässt es sich gut kochen und unser schmales, langes, dafür sehr schönes Duschbad mit Natursteinboden ist auch sehr gemütlich.

Die Wohnung wurde 2017 komplett saniert und renoviert. Unser WLAn steht euch natürlich frei zur Verfügung, es ist sehr schnell und verbunden mit unserem smart-TV ;) Ihr könnt also gerne auch unser Netflix Konto benutzen.

Wir wünschen uns nette, entspannte Untermieter, die unsere Wohnung und Nachbarn respekt- und rücksichtsvoll behandeln.
Mit denen haben ein gutes Verhältnis, was auch so bleiben soll ;)
Parties sind bei uns absolut nicht erlaubt.
Rauchen nur auf dem Balkon.
Die Wohnung ist für Pärchen, eine kleine Familien oder für Singles geeignet.

Ihr sollt euch wie zuhause fühlen, alles benutzen und ein paar schöne Wochen bei uns verbringen.
Falls irgendwas sein sollte, könnt ihr Freunde von uns kontaktieren.

Hello you guys,
as we will be out of the city for a month, we are offering our beautiful offering for temporary rent.

The apartment is in the Körnerkiez, around the corner from Tempelhofer Feld and the beautiful Körnerpark. The S-Bahn (ring) and U-8 Line as well as a Rewe and Netto are all within walking distance (3-5 minutes); the U-/S-Bahn Neukölln is also only 8 minutes by foot.
Our 3-Bedroom apartment (69 m2) is on the fifth floor with balcony – with a great view – unfortunately though without an elevator.Our bedroom faces a quiet courtyard (south-west) and has a big 200x200 bed with a brand new, quality mattress. Our living room has a large L-Sofa and the aforementioned Balcony, and the third room has a pull-out sofa and functions as both a “guest room” and “dressing room".

Our newly renovated kitchen offers easy cooking and includes a washing machine and dishwasher.
The bathroom is long and narrow but has a great shower and a beautiful natural stone floor.
The apartment was refurbished and renovated in 2017. Wifi is of course included and free to use as well as our Smart-TV with Netflix account.

We are looking for relaxed Subtenants, who will respect our apartment and our neighbors, with whom we have a good relationship and would appreciate keeping! Parties are therefore not allowed. Smoking is allowed only on the balcony. The apartment is definitely a great for couples, a small family, or singles.
Feel at home here and to use anything in the apartment to enjoy several weeks in the city. In case of emergency we have a local contact, who can help with anything regarding the apartment.
