Biete eine eine Einzelperson von Anfang September 2022 bis Ende September 2023meine möblierte und neu renovierte schöne 2 Zi -Altbauwohnung mit voll ausgestatteter neuer Einbauküche und neuem Bad im lebendigen Richardkiez an.

Es handelt sich um eine befristete Zwischenmiete/Untermiete, ich bin befristet beruflich ausserhalb von Berlin tätig und ziehe danach wieder ein, Verlängerung ist daher auf keinen Fall möglich.

Die Kosten betragen 1000 Euro warm

Die Wohnung verfügt über eine sehr gute Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel innerhalb des S Bahn Rings: S Bahn Sonnenallee und U Bahn Karl Marx sind fußläufig in 10 Min gut zu erreichen.

Die Wohnung hat 50 qm, 2 Zimmer, eine kleine Küche mit Sitzgelegenheiten, einen langen Flur und ein schönes Bad plus Waschmaschine
Die Wohnung ist hell und im 4. Stock Vorderhaus

Only for single person. From the beginning of September 2022 to the end of October 2023 I am offering my furnished and newly renovated beautiful 2-room old apartment with fully equipped new fitted kitchen and new bathroom in the lively Richardkiez.

It is a temporary sublease, I am working for a limited period outside of Berlin and then move back in, so an extension is not possible under any circumstances.

The cost is 1000 euros per month

The apartment has a very good connection to public transport within the S Bahn Ring: S Bahn Sonnenallee and U Bahn Karl Marx can be reached on foot in 10 minutes.

The apartment has 50 square meters, a small eat-in kitchen with seating, a long hallway and a nice bathroom plus washing machine
The apartment is bright and on the 4th floor of the front building
