We are renting our 105sqm beautiful Altbau flat in the heart of Berlin’s picturesque Rixdorf/Neukölln (Richardstrasse) from June 22 until approx July 29th (negotiable).
The flat has a spacious kitchen with dining area overlooking the leafy courtyard.
In addition there is a large living room with dining table, cosy sitting area and sunny balcony and two bedrooms:
One has a kingsize (180x200cm) double bed and the other a single bed (or children bunk bed or baby cot) and balcony.
The flat is ideal for a couple, family or even as a flat share (max 4 adults plus 1 child).
For families there is also a nappy changing mat and high chairs.
Hippe Restaurants und Cafés sowie ein Späti befinden sich direkt unterhalb der Wohnung im Richard- und Ganghoferkiez und dennoch ist die Wohnung total ruhig.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Rewe, Aldi, Lidl, Bio-Supermarkt u.v.m), weitere Läden (Apotheke, H&M, C&A, TK Max u.v-m) sowie Bus, U/S-Bahn sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.
