The flat is located in Maybachufer, the heart of Kreuzkölln with access to many bars, restaurants, and public transport (only 3 minutes by walk to schönleinstraße) the main door of the building is facing the canal and famous Turkish market. One of the most inspiring neighborhood in the area.
