Ich bin der Vormieter und die Hausverwaltung teilte mir mit, dass *ausschliesslich Paare oder Familien* gewünscht sind. Keine Singles oder WGs. Die Wohnung ist leer, die Fotos habe ich früher mal gemacht.
Die Miete soll laut Hausverwaltung gleich bleiben. Aktuell liegt die Kaltmiete im Rahmen eines Staffelmietvertrages bei ca 900 Euro und es kommen Nebenkosten in Höhe von ca 180 Euro dazu. Inkl Strom und Internet habe ich ca 1.200 Euro gezahlt.
Die Hausverwaltung sagte, dass das Nettoeinkommen über 2.700 liegen sollte.
Die Wohnung ist AB SOFORT frei.
Kreuzkölln ist wunderbar kiezig und der Hermannplatz ist nur 6 min. entfernt mit Anbindung an U7 und U8.
