Die Wohnung hat alles was man benötigt - eine voll ausgestattete Küche, gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit Beamer, Badewanne und ein großen Balkon.
Es ist hier immer wohlig warm und ruhig.

We are subletting our 2 room apartment for 4 weeks over Christmas time and new years. There is a kingsize bed and a sleeping couch available and enough room for 4 people. The apartment has everything you need - a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living room with a beamer, bathtub and a balcony with a nice view.
The dates are flexible plus/minus 2 days. I´m positive we will figure something out.
Die S- und U-bahn Stationen Neukölln und Hermannstraße sind jeweils ca. 5 min zu Fuß entfernt und der schöne Körnerpark sowie das Tempelhofer Feld laden zum Spazierengehen ein.
Hier gibt es reichlich Bars und tolle Restaurants.

Public transport is in 5 minute walking distance (s- & u-bahn Neukölln and Hermannstraße).
The Tempelhofer Feld and Körnerpark are very close by and there are loads of restaurants and cafes.
