The apartment is wonderfully quiet and peaceful, and a great refuge after exploring the buzz of the city. Facing a well kept inner courtyard / garden, the apartment consists of two rooms of about 27 sqm each, one serving as a bedroom and work space, the other as living room and open kitchen. The large and comfortable bed (1,80 x 2m) can be complemented by a futon bedsofa (1,40x2,1m) in the living room for overnight guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with all amenities (incl. dishwasher).
The flat is located right next to the beautiful Richardplatz in the middle of Neukölln. Despite its location in the heart of one of the most vibrant areas of Berlin, it retains some of the atmosphere of the village center it had been up until the 19th century, now dotted with cozy bars, restaurants and vintage stores. U7 and the Ringbahn are really close by.

The place will be cleaned for you, and I will provide you with fresh bedsheets and towels if needed. As this my home and not an AirBnB, I expect you to clean it properly again before you leave. otherwise, I will have to take a cleaning fee from your deposit.
