Meine gemütliche Wohnung ist eine 2-Zimmer Wohnung mit Balkon im dritten Stock und ist vollständig ausgestattet mit allem was man so braucht (Handtücher, Bettwäsche etc. inklusive). Im großen Zimmer ist ein Sofa, und ein großer Schreibtisch, an dem man gut arbeiten kann. Das kleine Zimmer hat eine 140x200m große Futon Matratze auf Tatami Matten. Die Küche ist mit allen Utensilien ausgestattet, um gemütlich zu kochen. Im Bad befindet sich eine Dusche (mit Boiler) und eine Waschmaschine. Es sind ein paar Pflanzen in der Wohnung, die auch von euch ein bisschen gegossen werden wollen ;)
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel angebunden. U-Bahn (U8) als auch S-Bahn (Ring, etc.) sind fußläufig 5 Minuten entfernt und man ist schnell in anderen Stadtteilen. Im Kiez gibt es verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Aldi, Lidl, Biocompany und türkische Supermärkte. Restaurants, Cafés, Bars und Spätis sind hier auch en masse zu finden. Das Besondere an der Lage ist auch die Nähe zum Tempelhofer Feld, eine Oase Berlins.
