Die 56 m2 große Wohnung liegt im 4. Stock und hat einen Balkon. Die komplette Wohnung ist in Richtung Westen ausgerichtet und sehr hell.
Alle Räume haben Fenster und gehen zur Straße, die jedoch sehr sehr ruhig ist. Die zwei Zimmer sind unabhängig und keine Durchgangszimmer. Das Bad hat Dusch und WC. Die Küche Die Küche ist ebenfalls groß genug, um sich dort entspannt aufzuhalten und zu essen.
Die Wohnung ist 2015 renoviert worden und seitdem von mir bewohnt und in einem sehr guten Zustand.
Die Wohnung liegt im ruhigen Schillerkiez, der mit seinen Bars, Restaurants und Wochenmarkt eine sehr angenehme Umgebung bietet. Daneben ist das Tempelhofer Feld wenige Meter entfernt, an dem man gut spazierengehen, radfahren oder anderes machen kann.
Die U8 ist innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Ebenso liegen alle notwendigen Geschäfte in Fußnähe.
Die Wohnung ist teilmöbliert, kann aber auch unmöbliert vermietet werden. Ebenso gibt es Verträge zu Strom und Internet.
