Möblierte Dachgeschosswohnung zur Zwischenmiete ab März für 3 Monate / Furnished top-floor apartment for 3 months starting from March

Wir bieten unsere schöne 3-Zimmer-Wohnung im Dachgeschoss zur Zwischenmiete an. Einzugsdatum ist der 1.März bis zum 31. Mai, da unsere Untermieter ziemlich spontan eine langfristige Wohnung gefunden haben und wir bis zum 1. Juni noch im Ausland sind. Die Wohnung ist super gemütlich & super hell. Die Schlafzimmer liegen in Richtung Hinterhof, sind also ziemlich ruhig, im Wohnzimmer hört man die Sonnenallee ein bisschen, da wir aber im 5.OG sind, ist es nicht schlimm. Die Terasse ist groß & super sonnig. Wir bieten die Wohnung vollmöbliert an & alles darf mitbenutzt werden (kleine Spülmaschine, Staubsauger, Grill etc), wir beanspruchen nur die kleine Rumpelkammer, um persönliches unterzubringen.(Die Kammer ist auf den Fotos nicht zu sehen). Wir benutzen gerade das zweite Zimmer als Arbeitszimmer, man könnte es aber für die Zeit auch zum Schlafzimmer umgestalten (ein klappbares Schlafsofa ist vorhanden). Die Wohnung ist also gut geeignet für 2 Personen oder eine kleine Familie.

Das Haus hat keinen Aufzug, am Anfang ist es schwer täglich 5 Stockwerke zu besteigen, aber man gewöhnt sich schnell daran. Dafür hat man auch in den grauen Wintertagen Licht. Das Treppenhaus ist oft dreckig, obwohl eimal die Woche geputzt wird, die Nachbarn sind unkompliziert & nett.

Wir freuen uns auf nette Leute die sich um unsere Wohnung kümmern bis wir zurück sind, die auch mal die Pflanzen gießen, die sich hier wohl fühlen & die man mal schnell und unkompliziert erreichen kann, sollte mal was sein.

We’re looking to sublet our pretty 3-room apartment from March 1st to May 31st. We are currently out of the country and our current subtenants just found a long-term rental (yay!) and are moving out sooner than planned, so we're looking for someone to be in the place until we're back. The apartment is very cozy and super bright. The courtyard (Hinterhof) side, where the bathroom, kitchen and two bedrooms are facing, is nice and quiet, while the side of the living room is facing Sonnenallee, so it gets louder; but we’re on the 5th floor, so still acceptable. On that same side, the balcony is pretty big and the view is great as there’s a small park across the street (Hertzbergplatz). The apartment is fully furnished and you’re free to use everything (dishwasher, washing machine, hoover, grill, etc). We’ll just be reserving the little storage space (Rumpelkammer) to keep some of our personal stuff while we’re away, so please bear this in mind. The storage space (Rumpelkammer) is not in the pictures, by the way. We’re currently using the second bedroom as a working space, but you could turn it back into a bedroom if you wish (one of the two sofas in the living room is a sofa bed).

There is no elevator, and in the first few days you’ll feel it, but it gets easier with practice. In exchange you’re getting a bright place even in dark cloudy days! The shared staircase is not in great shape, but it gets cleaned once a week.

We’re looking for nice people that would hopefully feel at home at our place and take good care of it, including our plants! It would also be important to be easy to reach in case something comes up.
