This is a beautiful old flat which is very cozy. The bedroom you are renting is about 28m2 The bedroom for rent is quite large with two huge windows. We will share a kitchen and bathroom. There is another living space with a balcony that we can share sometimes as well. I am looking for someone who is quiet, clean, and respectful, as I will be attending a masters program in the fall and will be at home studying often. The neighborhood is quite nice, between Sonnenallee and Weserstraße, right across from Barettino restaurant. The room is unfurnished except for a vintage dresser depicted in the photo.
