In der oberen Etage der Maisonette-Wohnung sind zwei Zimmer, der Balkon und das Badezimmer, in der unteren Etage befindet sich die Küche, ein weiteres Zimmer und ein kleines WC. Alle Fenster befinden sich zur Ostseite hinaus.
Die ganze Wohnung ist möbliert und voll ausgestattet. In der Zeit meiner Abwesenheit möchte ich sie in vertrauensvolle Hände geben, die diesen Wohnort genauso zu schätzen und lieben wissen wie ich.
Verfügbarkeit
Aufgrund meiner persönlichen und beruflichen Entwicklung werde ich mehrere Monate im Ausland wohnen.
Die Wohnung ist über all jene Monate verfügbar. Alternative Mietzeiten über weniger Monate können auch vereinbart werden, am liebsten findet sich allerdings ein Päarchen, die mindestens diese Zeit hier verbringen möchten. Ebenfalls besteht die Möglichkeit länger zu bleiben, was noch von einigen Faktoren in meinem Leben abhängt...

Rooms
In the upper floor of the maisonette flat are two rooms, the balcony and the bathroom. in the lower floor are the kitchen, another room and a small toilet. All windows are facing east.
The flat is fully furnished and well equipped. During the time of my absence I would like to put it into trustworthy hands, who know well how to appreciate and love this space as much as I do.
Availability
Due to my personal and job-related situation I will be living in another country for some time.
The flat is available during all those months. Alternative rental periods of only certain months can also be negotiated. I would prefer a couple who wants to live here at least all of those months, or longer. The option of staying longer does exist, but still depends on different factors in my life...
Umgebung
Sonnenallee Ecke Reuterstraße.
Das ist direkt neben dem Hermannplatz und also sozusagen im Epizentrum Süd-Berlins.
Da die Wohnung zum Hinterhof hinaus geht ist es dennoch komplett ruhig und abgeschirmt von dem Trubel und regen Leben der Straße. Kann man sich von außen gar nicht vorstellen. In Atmosphäre und Ausstattung ist die Wohnung eine Oase inmitten der Stadt. Nachbarn sind sehr ruhig und wenn hier mal jemand laut ist, dann bin meistens ich das.

Located at the corner of Sonnenallee and Reuterstraße.
This is kind of the southern epicenter of Berlin, only one minute by foot to Hermannplatz.
Since the flat is facing the inner courtyard it is still completely quiet and protected from the hustle and bustle of the busy street life surrounding the flat. This is hard to imagine from outside. The atmosphere and furnishing of the flat is like an oasis in the center of the city. Neighbors are very quiet. If ever someone is loud here, it's probably me.

Ich arbeite seit über zehn Jahren in der Solarbranche, im Büro oder mobil.
Ich liebe einen nomadischen Lebensstil, reisen und arbeiten in verschiedenen Orten dieser Welt, um andere Kulturen und die Natur hautnah und langfristig zu erfahren, während ich meine eigenen Projekte entwickle.
