I am offering my own flat while I am gone. The old style appartment is 79 qm alltogether, with ceilings of about 3,20 m. I am offering a bedroom, a living room, a bath, and a kitchen. Suitable for 1-2 people.
The offered bedroom incl. a bed for max. two people (1,40 x 2 m), a desk, mirror and closet. The Living room incl. a couch and dining table. The balcony can be entered from here.
The bath tub allows you to take a warm bath as well as shower. Towels will be provided.
The kitchen has an oven, stove, fridge, dishwasher, washing mashine, water boiler etc.
W-LAN is provided.
Price/ month from 23.05.2024 till 31.07.2024 (check out)
Registration not possible.
I would like to rent to someone that treats my home with respect since I (and my plants) live here. Therefore a contract will be drawn. A copy of your passport is needed.

ich biete hier meine Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete an. Die WG ist ca. 79 m2 groß (Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer, mit Balkon Bad und voll ausgestatteter Küche). Super für Singles oder Pärchen. Handtücher und WLan gibt's auch. Der Preis ist vom 23 Mai 2024 bis zum 31 Juli (check out) 2024 pro Monat. Anmeldung nicht möglich.
Da ich hier selber wohne ist es mir wichtig das wir uns sympatisch sind (und die Blümchen gegossen werden ;). Ich werde einen Vertrag aufsetzen und brauche dafür eine Kopie eurer Personalien.
