The 2 room apartment is in the 3.OG the Lucy-Lameck Str. in Neukölln, it is bright and includes a balcony.
It consists of 1 bedroom, 1 living room with balcony, a bathroom with tub and washing machine, a kitchen with stove, oven. The apartment is furnished.
In the backyard there is a covered bicycle parking space.
You can park in the street.

Since I live here with my daughter, it would be suitable for couple with child, or 1 quiet couple.
It is a non-smoking apartment (possible on balcony) and I need someone who please pours my plants :)

It will be rented in due time.

Die 2 Zimmer Wohnung ist im 3.OG der Lucy-Lameck Str. in Neukölln, sie ist hell und beinhaltet einen Balkon.
Sie besteht aus 1 Schlafzimmer, 1 Wohnzimmer mit Balkon, ein Bad mit Wanne und Waschmaschine, eine Küche mit Herd, Ofen. Die Wohnung ist möbliert.
Im Hinterhof gibt es einen bedeckten Fahrradabstellplatz.
In der Straße kann man parken.

Da ich mit meiner Tochter hier wohne, wäre es für Paar mit Kind geeignet, oder 1 ruhiges Pärchen.
Es ist eine nicht Raucher Wohnung (auf Balkon möglich) und ich brauche jemanden, der meine Pflanzen bitte gießt :)
