Es ist 2-Zimmer Wohnung mit Küche un Bad.
Ein Zimmer richtung Hof wird fast leer und in zweite Zimmer bleibt Möbel drin. Sofa und Tisch kann man selbstverständlich benutzen. Wohnung hat ein Balkon.
Wohnung passt perfekt zum überwintern.

North-Neukölln, next to Canal (Neuköllner Schiffahrtskanal)
The room is towards backyard in a two-room flat. Second room will stay unrented.
Preferably one person. No pets, no smoking.
Possibility to use balcony.
Die Wohnung liegt in Nord-Neukölln am Neuköllner Schiffahrtskanal.
Verkehrsverbindung ist gut, U7/Rathaus Neukölln ist 10 Minuten zur Fuss.
Es gibt in wenige Schritte Tischtennisplatz und sehr schöne Kinderspielplatz.
Weserstrasse ist Ein Block entfernt.

Area is pretty awesome, we have ping-pong tables around the corner and Weserstrasse is one block away.
Connection to the center is with U7/Rathaus Neukölln. Alt-Treptow is across the canal.
Ideal place to pass the winter in Berlin.
