Warum bist du/ seid ihr der richtige Mieter für meine/ unsere Wohnung?
Hi,
ich vermiete meine schöne 2-Zimmer Wohnung in Neukölln unter, da ich die nächsten Monate auf reisen bin.
Die Wohnung liegt im südlichen Neukölln. Gelegen Nähe der Sonnenallee sind S-Bahn und Bus, Spätis, Restaurants, Supermärkte etc.. gut zu erreichen.
Auch der Neuköllner Kanal ist nicht weit der Auslauf für gute Spaziergänge gibt. Die Wohnung besteht aus zwei Zimmern Küche und Bad. Und dort ist alles vorhanden, Waschmaschine Herd Spüle,.... von drei Zimmern blickt man hinaus ins Grüne.
Möbel könnte ich im Keller unterstellen falls ihr selber welche mitbringt.
Miete beträgt 540 Euro pro Monat und 500 Kaution.

Why are you/ are you the right tenant for my/ our apartment?
Hello my dears,
since I will be leaving at the beginning of November, my apartment will be free for new tenants. The apartment is located in southern Neukölln. Close to the Sonnenallee are In the vicinity are S-Bahn and bus, Spätis, restaurants, supermarkets etc.. Also the Neuköllner canal is not far from the outlet for good walks there. The apartment is small but consists of two rooms kitchen and bathroom. And there is everything available, washing machine stove sink, .... from three rooms you can look out into the green.
If you bring your own furniture, I could put mine in the cellar.
Rent is 540 Euro per month and 500 deposit.
