ich vermiete meine unmöblierte 1-Zimmer-Wohnung im Herzen von Neukölln in der Weserstraße für ca. 7 Wochen vom 1.11.-20.12.2020. Ich habe ca. 3,5 Jahre dort gewohnt, bin nun aber selbst umgezogen und würde die Wohnung bis zur Übernahme eines neuen Hauptmieters ungern leer stehen lassen. Ein neuer Hauptmieter ist leider schon gefunden, weshalb ich keine langfristige Übernahme der Wohnung nach den 7 Wochen anbieten kann!
Die Kosten stellen sich folgendermaßen auf:
Die Gesamtmiete für die Zeit beträgt 500€ inklusive aller weiteren Kosten, d.h. Betriebskosten, Nebenkosten und Strom.
In der Wohnung ist kein Internet, aber falls du gerade frisch nach Berlin gezogen bist oder flexibel bleiben willst in deiner Planung, dann ist dieses Angebt für dich genau richtig!
Zur Lage:
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Weserstraße, Ecke Wildenbruchstraße, ganz in der Nähe vom Landwehrkanal. !0 Minuten zu Fuß zur U-Bahn-Station Rathaus Neukölnl, zum Neukölln Arcaden Shopping Center und inmitten unzähliger Bars, Restaurants etc., die zum Glück auch in diesen Zeiten Essen und Trinken zum Mitnehmen anbieten.

I'm subletting my unfurnished 1-room apartment in the heart of Neukölln between the time of 1/11-20/12 2020. I myself have lived in the flat for the past 3,5 years and really enjoyed my time there, the quietness and the wonderful location. Now, I have moved out, but hoped I wouldn't have to let this flat stay empty in the time between my move and the new tenant.
Unfortunately, I can't offer a take over of the flat after these 7 weeks, as a next main tenant has already been selected by the landlord from January 1st 2021.
About the costs:
The rent in total for the whole time of 7 weeks will be 500€, including all additional costs such as heating or even electricity. There is no WiFi available in the flat, but if you just moved to Berlin or want to stay flexible, then I think this offer could suit you well!
About the location:
Located on Weserstraße corner Wildenbruchstraße. Very close to Landwehrkanal, 10 mins to U-Bahn-Station Rathaus Neukölln, Neukölln Arkaden Shopping Center and many Bars and Restaurants that offer Take Away Food and Drinks.
