The apartment is located just next to Körnerpark in central Neukölln.

Its suitable for a single person or a couple.
Right next to Körnerpark, short walks from S Hermannstraße, S Neukölln and U Leinestraße (U7, U8 and Ringbahn are reachable by boot in less than 10 minutes). Convenient, quiet location. Pizza place around the corner. The Schierker Platz is very close by and a nice hang out in the evenings.
The bedroom features a 160cm wide bed with a super comfy Emma One-mattrass and enough space to store your clothes. Its very quiet.
The kitchen features a dishwasher and some basic kitchen tools.
IMPORTANT: the living room, which can be seen on some pictures, is EMPTY! I am sorry for that. I am in the process of moving and I took the furniture with me to the new apartment.
There is also a balcony where you can smoke (smoking indoors is not allowed).
Wifi is available of course.
Its quiet and nice here.
1275 euros is the total price for the 6 weeks and includes everything - wifi, GEZ, electricity, heating.
