DIE WOHNUNG
Diese Wohnung war brandneu, als wir vor einem Jahr eingezogen sind, und wir waren die ersten Mieter. Es ist eine große und helle 2-Zimmer-Wohnung im obersten Stockwerk eines Neubaus, mit einem großen Balkon und einer Terrasse. Es gibt viel natürliches Sonnenlicht und schöne Sonnenuntergänge jeden Abend, wenn der Himmel klar ist.
Das Gebäude ist gut gepflegt und verfügt über einen Aufzug.

THE APARTMENT
This apartment was brand new when we moved in one year ago, and we were the first tenants. It is a large and bright 2 room apartment on the top floor of a new building, with a large terrace. There is lots of natural sunlight and beautiful sunsets every evening when the sky is clear.
The building is well maintained and has an elevator.
LAGE
Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, da sie von der Straße abgewandt ist und viel Natur überblickt. Es ist auch sehr gut angebunden, mit einer Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Gebäude und einem kurzen Spaziergang zu entweder der S-Bahn oder U-Bahn. Es gibt auch eine Kita im Gebäude. Mit dem Tempelhofer Feld in unmittelbarer Nähe ist es ein toller Standort für eine aktive Person, die den Raum für verschiedene Aktivitäten nutzen möchte.

LOCATION
The location is very tranquil as it faces away from the road and overlooks lots of nature. It is also very well connected, with a bus stop directly outside the building, and a short walk to either the S-Bahn or U-Bahn. There is also a kita in the the building. With Tempelhofer Feld so close by, it makes for a great location for an active person who would like use the space for various activities.
